had a hard time getting this not to leak when connecting to pipe for the shower ,small drips did it five times

A really good high pressure shower is extremely important for both of us. My wife is under 5 ft and has very long hair so it has to have enough pressure to rinse her hair and after a 3 ft drop. I'm over 6 ft and have a large sports build, so I need something with a little wider spread. So it's been really hard to find something that works well for us both, particularly with recent water restrictions put into shower heads. My daughter who has my very thick plus long hair had gotten this one a couple of years ago and has fallen in love with it, preferring to take her showers with this in her guest bathroom instead of her own master bath. We fell in love with it on the last visit, so I bought one for our house and installed it a week ago.This one does the job very well, even with the removable 2.5 gpm water restrictor in it. Somehow it optimizes the force of the water jets to keep the stream together as it falls. I'll guess it's through some cyclone action, though it doesn't matter because it just works.I like all the settings in different situations, and that's unusual for me. Most shower heads settings are a bit gimmicky and really accomplish nothing after the primary setting. Overall I prefer the center setting because it's the best of all worlds. I've never cared for a mist setting before because it gets nothing clean. This one however, still maximizes the flow while misting the water. Yeah, I'll take that one too.The only setting that was confusing at first was the pause setting. I just installed it, and didn't read about it. I was initially annoyed because it seemed like it just leaked rather than a full pause. What I didn't realize is that it is intended that way to keep some water moving and avoid a cold hard stop. So it stops about 95% of the water so you can soap up, but it does dribble as it is designed to do. Obviously this company put a little more thought into this product than most do. If you guys start making cars, let me know.Installation was literally a 2 minute process including putting on the included teflon tape water sealer. The unit itself has water gaskets, so no sealing tape is necessary there. Everything necessary for installation comes with this. After removing the old shower head, I simply screwed on the mounting bracket, then the hose end to that bracket, and the other end of the hose to the shower head. Water on - no leaks! Didn't even have to use a wrench to get this thing water tight. Beautiful!

First of all this vendor is really good to deal with this is additional purchases from them.The spa shower head is so worth it first of all the water does not spout out at you real hard like some of the other ones do. And it has each nodule where the water comes out is treated so it's not supposed to be having bacteria. So I definitely feel this shower head is awesome and it's worth the purchase 100%!

This brand fit my shower bar, had the pressure and installed easily. I replaced my old Moen head that was clogged and had low output. I wanted a shower head with 2.5 gpm which is hard to find and that would fit in my shower bar holder. Four stars for being made of plastic.

I almost returned it. I purchased the As Seen On TV AquaCare hand held shower but all of the fittings were plastic and the hose collar that attaches to the pipe coming out of the wall cracked while installing it. I purchased this Hotel Spa Notilus hand held shower because it had the same features as the previous AquaCare that I returned but all of the fittings were supposed to be chrome plated brass. The collar that attaches to the pipe coming out of the wall is in fact plastic but the fittings for the hose are as stated in the listing. If installed very carefully, the plastic collar will work. Once properly installed it's a great shower head. I removed the flow restrictor for even better water pressure. The lever to change the spray pattern operates very smoothly. So far, I'm impressed. Now we wait to see how it holds up.

This is probably the best shower head I’ve installed and used. For the price, it is well made and easy to install without leaks

I like the good weather pressure and the options. also I like the antibacterial. head parts. also the handle is easy to hold. priced great love it

I am pleased with this product. However, what drew me to this particular one, was the grip. This grip is almost useless. It needs to be around the circumference of the handle, and not just on one side. Other features of the product, at this point, seem to work fine. Not sure about the "microbial" feature yet.
