I purchased many flavors of their bakery emulsions. I will list each one and state yes or no as to whether it has alcohol in it. ALMOND - no. ORANGE - no. BUTTER VANILLA - no. LEMON - no. RASPBERRY - no. What they have in them besides natural flavor is propylene glycol, and also soybean oil in the case of the Butter Vanilla. As for their oils (not emulsions), those are pure natural oil with nothing else in them. You didn't ask about the oils, but I still thought I'd comment, just in case. Hope this helps.

Is this the same as the Lorann flavoring oils in the drams?

Yes. The LorAnn Super Strength (SS) Flavors, come in various sizes. There is the Dram = .0125 fl. oz. , 1 fl. oz. , 4 fl. oz, and larger sizes. I collected eighteen 4 fl. oz. bottles, but it could be years, before I use them all! I should have collected the 1 fl. oz. bottles, instead. My favorites, are Mint Chocolate Chip, Vanilla Butter, and Cookie Butter. Mmmmm! They are good over ice cream, or in flavored iced coffee!

Would these work as flavoring for hard candy?

Unfortunately not. The flavoring is emulsified in high water content as opposed to an alcohol base. Amazing in baked goods or candy fillings, but will not work for chocolates or hard candies.
