This cabinet is exactly what I was looking for—sleek, not bulky, and customizable with door placement. The shelves are impressively sturdy, and I’d absolutely purchase it again. I always leave reviews because I rely on them when shopping, and this one deserves a solid recommendation. It comes with a lot of parts, but if I could put it together, trust me, anyone can!

Pretty easy to assemble. Looks great, and I love the self closing hinges.

Cheap materials! The written instructions are useless. The video is more helpful. I ended up putting one of the hinges on backwards and when trying to unscrew it, the screw stripped and became cross threaded. Now, I have a useless medicine cabinet. It’s stuck in the metal and I cannot fix the backwards hinge. I’m pissed. What a waste of $80. 👎🏻 UPDATE- I emailed customer service and they sent a new medicine cabinet out. Arrived a few days later, so customer service is awesome!

This unit is nice-looking and seems to be solid and well-engineered. On the downside, the assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired. I'm a fairly experienced DIYer, but it took me a solid 2 hours to get this put together. Also, the description says it can be either surface-mounted or recessed. I surface-mounted it, but it's really not designed for that. The sides are unfinished and there are exposed screw holes. If you're able to mount it recessed into the wall, this would be hidden and it would look great. (I have a vent pipe running behind the cabinet, so this wasn't an option.) I plan to cover the sides with thin plywood painted to match the walls, which should solve the appearance problem. Update: The seller contacted me after reading this review. They expressed disappointment that I wasn't entirely satisfied, and offered a full refund without requiring the item to be returned. I think this was more than generous, and the refund came quickly. I have covered the sides as planned and the medicine cabinet is now perfectly satisfactory. Kudos to the seller for their concern and rapid response! I've added another photo to show how nice it looks with the sides covered.

It’s very sturdy, well constructed, expensive looking 3-door medicine cabinet. The aluminum cabinet should last us 20 years plus if the mirrors hold out. It is not a piece of cake to assemble, there are lots of pieces & screws. Our experienced handyman took 2 hours to put it together. Handyman complimented on the quality of the cabinet. Three shelves in each cabinet are not enough, 4 would have been better. I am very impressed with their customer support, most of my communication was 9-10 pm in the evenings & they still responded. I don’t know which foreign country support is located in bcz I used “chat” & then email, never spoke to a human. One of the screws to hold the shelf in place was defective, we even tried it on a different shelf. I got a little frustrated in the chat bcz the person insisted on sending me a video to show me how to install the shelves. After two days we were still going back & forth, they asked me to send pictures & they insisted it was my inability and not a defective screw and offered me $20 credit instead of sending the part. In the 3rd chat, in all capital letters I said, “I want the screw, I am not going to drive to different hardware stores to find a matching screw!” Finally, 4 chats & 4 days later, they agree to send me the screw plus a couple of extra parts. Oh, BUT, they can’t mail it to Honolulu! So, I ask them to mail it to a friend in Michigan and hallelujah, my friends received it within a week of my last chat with Tokeshimi. I have not received the replacement parts from my friend yet, so I don’t know if the new screw will work. I’m crossing my fingers! 9/19/25 Follow up: I received much more than the replacement screw from Tokeshimi. They sent me a box full of replacement parts, hinges, shelf clips & dozens of all kinds of screws. I took one of the new screws from the box & hallelujah, my shelf is stable! Thank you Tokeshimi, you are awesome!
