I recently got my first hemroid and boy is it painful! I’ve used prep h numbing wipes, with hazel pads. These Jewish bad boys know what they are doing!! Instantly a cooling sensation, to totally calmed down. This is the best product for pains in the butt! So happy I took a chance on this!!

Once you open there is no way to close it. Gets dry.
