If you suffer from occasional constipation like me, this is a great way to get that stubborn traffic moving again. The first time I took one in the evening about an hour before bed. Woke up fine the next morning and I left for work having pretty much forgotten about taking it. The unexpected cramps and embarassing wind started on the train about 10 hours after taking it. That's when the sheer strength of these kick in and make no mistake I went all the way to DEFCON1 in the space of about 15 minutes , leaving me very concerned for my fellow passengers in my immediate blast radius. Thinking only positive thoughts, I made it to the office by the skin of my teeth to unleash what can only be described as like opening a portal to another dimension. Take it from me, you need to plan ahead to be very close to some facilities 10 to 12 hours after taking these or you'll be leaving nothing but an impact crater where you stand. And then only thing you'll need is a change of identity when you are caught short.

Be careful, this stuff is very strong. It definitely works and works well but almost too well. I took just one tablet and it hit me like a laxative. I ended up with bad stomach cramps and spent the next couple of days emptying everything out, bad enough that I had to take time off work. I do feel much better after it’s done its job, but the process itself was not pleasant at all. If you do take it, I’d strongly recommend doing so on a day off, early in the morning, and be prepared for a rough evening. This is not something to take casually or before work.

After drinking an unhealthy amount of alcohol, I decided my body was once again, a temple, and in needed a much needed flush out, or in laymens terms, a pull through with a Christmas tree. I took 2 of these harmless looking capsules at 8pm and snuggled in to my warm bed for a good nights sleep, totally unaware of what was to unfold over the next 12 hours. 2am and the rumbling started. The cramps were akin to that after a vindaloo and 15 pints of Guinness on a Saturday night. Thought it would pass so went back to sleep. 3am it got worse. So much worse. I was sat on the pan, sweating, crying for my mum and wearing a crash helmet and seatbelt, to stop me from being launched through the ceiling of my once immaculate ensuite. 5am came and I was still there. Sweating and screaming 'why won't it stop?!' while my better half snoozed peacefully, oblivious to to horror unfolding feet away. 7.10am a message pops up on my phone 'tea or coffee?' I DEFINITELY DONT NEED COFFEE! Managed to waddle to the chair on the decking. Usually, a hot cup of tea on a cold morning, with that thing I married and the dogs, makes me happy. Not today. Today I am simply grateful to be off the loo. 9.30am I FEEL CHUFFING BRILLIANT! The toxic waste of the weekend has been successfully evicted. Im full of energy and ready to take another 2 at bed time tonight. Im not sure what all the tears and prayers were for at 3am. Its only a 2 week cleanse, for goodness sake. Im a grown up, I can handle this.

I bought this in March 2025 but began using Oct 2025 after severe constipation and decided to go a plant based diet. Took two tablets around 8pm at night before bed (I took two tablets because I really needed a poop). By 8am in the morning strong stomach cramps! But I expected this due to the blocked build up of no bowel movements in days. THen finally around 10am a movement to my relieve. Followed with lots of water 2 - 3 litres lots of fruits & vegetables. Second day only took one tablet (which was a enough believe me!). Again strong stomach cramps! Good bowel movement. I decided to stop on the third day because I am going to continue with my healthy eating and do the cleanse on my week off. So I can be close my own toilet. I am definitely going to buy again and its good value for money, easy to use, please note those are very strong supplements. STAY AT HOME LOTS OF WATER, EAT GOOD, MOVE AND ALSO REST.
