Review for: ‘Lucullus Ketjap Manis - Sweet Spiced Indonesian Soy Sauce | 250ml’ When I saw this Lucullus Ketjap Manis soy sauce being offered for review, I thought it sounded interesting enough to give it a try. Whenever I cook for myself, I use whatever spices, herbs, etc., I have at hand, I don’t worry whether my recipes are ‘authentic’, only that the food tastes good. So far, I’ve used the Ketjap Manis on vegetables, on noodles, and on tofoo. I enjoyed it – it does taste good … but my preference is for teriyaki, which I feel mas a much deeper, richer flavour.

This sauce is fantastic with stir fry’s, and salads as a dressing, I used it with a mint dressing on a chicken salad

Used this to recreate a dish that I had made at a cooking class in Bali. It was beautiful and tasted the exact same as it did on holiday. Huge bottle for the amount that you need per dish so it’s great value for money. Wasn’t spicy.
