I live Arnica. It helps with my pain every time. If you have never used it before you cannot touch the pellets. You tune the bottle upside down, spin it until the number of pellets you want fall into the cap and then pull the cap off and pour them directly under your tongue. I’ve r the counter pain medicine has a TON of side effects so do prescription meds obviously. Arnica has none. I highly recommend these. They work great for cramps ladies. They also make gels and creams. Those help with inflammation too

This stuff works, I’ve got a bad knee and when I get pain in my knee I take these and feel less pain within an hour.

Arnica is a life saver. After I ride my horse I am able to do other chores. Feel great later in the day or next day. I use the gel also.
