I have been using this particular sinus rinse (method) devise for the last year or so. I have one at home and a spare one at my mother-in-law so that I have it when visiting. Easy, comfortable to use; it definitely rinses everything out. 100/100 recommend

Weird feeling but once you get used to it it does exactly what it's supposed to. Helped clear up a sinus infection. Use distilled water. Not fancy but works fine.

I think this went out by mistake…. There was no box w directions. Also the 30 salt packets plus temp strips were missing. Or was this a returned item w pieces missing? Not acceptable!

I am a fan of the concept of nasal rinsing but the execution until now has not been easy. It has been too hard to figure out the correct pressure and to maintain a steady pressure and I ended up with headaches from not having my head in a good position but this nasal rinse device uses gravity to dispense the saline solution. You press a button and gravity forces the water out of the nozzle (like liquid laundry detergent where you unscrew the top cap to get the flow rate quicker). Easy to use and clean. Comes with a sufficient amount of saline packets to last quite a while.
