Got this for my son’s 13th birthday. Many of his friends have e-bikes but this was our first experience with one. 100% pleased with the bike. All of his other friends now want THIS particular bike. It was easy to put together but the written directions were not helpful. I watched the video and then just did what made sense. It is heavy so might take 2 people. The quality seems great… we will see about the longevity but first impressions are great. I chose this model based on the 2 batteries for peace of mind with range and the option of the hydraulic brakes. The acceleration from a stop is adequate. I have ridden motorcycles for years and I’m glad that this is not overly fast… especially for a teenager. The speedometer does indicate 32 mph cruising at top speed however others have mentioned that it’s truly only 28 mph. The brakes are perfect, much smoother than the cable brakes of our normal bikes. The headlight, taillight and turn signals are a nice feature. I especially like the halo on the headlight that is on at all times even when the headlights are not activated via the switch… just like a DRL in a car. I got the model with the front basket, but my son did not want it on because he wants it to look like a dirt bike. It seems like a nice piece if anyone was going to actually use it though.

I wrote once before I love the bike Everything shipped well, but I was missing keys for one of the batteries, I wrote and they sent me the keys for the same battery, im trying to reach out to the seller to get the correct keys. how can i reach out to them

no compren esta bicicleta, la compre hace dos meses y ahora no enciende. ademas intenté devolverla al inicio porque no me daba buena espina y no pude, ponen muchas trabas para devolver eso. he intentado ponerme en contacto con el soporte y da lo mismo se lavan las manos y no ayudan en nada. honestly i’m so disappointed.

Great bike! I bought for my son & he loves it! It has more power than I expected & is almost completely silent. I purchased another e-bike from a different seller & hated it! It was super uncomfortable & the throttle had a long lag. It was too much of a hassle to return so I’m planning to sell that one & buy two more of these from this seller before summer. One for me & one for my husband. You won’t regret buying this bike. It’s almost like a real motorcycle. 30 mph is more than enough speed for a teen boy/girl.

Great bike and very sturdy built. This is not a lightweight unit, but one that is well put together. Perfect to carry on a rack on the back of our motorhome, not just for getting around the campground, but if there are bike paths available, take them into town and about. With both batteries, I have yet to run them down with 81 miles on the clock. It runs EXACTLY 34.2 mph. Room to put a basket on the front rack. I'm truly impressed.

It’s fun and solid ride. Dual battery gives extra range… I can easily get around without worrying about charging…
