Custa-me perceber alguns ingredientes e técnicas. É um livro fantástico em fotos e comidas de cultura.

Gran libro. Vale la pena. Pero Amazon México, no entiende que los libros se mandan en caja y no en bolsas. Llegó un poco maltratado.

This recipe book is so much more than that. It's a book written from the heart, explaining the journey from picking the right ingrediants, to how to cook them, how to serve and when. It's a families history of Korean food and what it means to them, how it comforts, soothes and nourishes not just their health but their relationships. I enjoyed just reading the book even before attempting some of the recipes. Everything is explained really well, so pretty easy to follow. I'd guess the main struggle depending in where people live will be sourcing the ingrediants. Though hopefully a little internet search can help with that. I fully recommend this book, and wish there were more recipe books like this.

Nice pictures, good recipes with easy instructions.

Mit so viel Liebe gestaltet, tolle Rezepte und einfach nur schön anzuschauen. Hier steckt wirklich viel Arbeit drin, das merkt man sofort. Ich finde es toll, dass es auch die Gramm Angaben beinhaltet, was nicht selbstverständlich bei einem amerikanischen Buch ist. Die Fotos sind sehr schön und die Hintergrundgeschichten sind auch sehr schön zu lesen. Man spürt die Familientradition und Authentizität dahinter. Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich es gekauft habe und freue mich Rezepte daraus zu kochen. (Eins habe ich auch schon ausprobiert und es war sehr schmackhaft)
