It is a nice product and works simultaneously with two devices. Only drawback is its built in voice which is not that good.

I am using SoundPEATS products since few year for myself and even if i have to gift my family and friends my choice is always SoundPEATS, It has dual mic due to which very clear for calling, online classes/meatings, also very nice sound for music. Comfortable design to wear while jogging or exercise. The ear grip is soft doesn't hurt ears.

IMO: Not bad at all, there's many good points. Price being one of them. They're not the best but for the price, they're great. I needed a pair for gym that wouldn't fall out of my ears. They're very comfortable. Sometimes I forget I'm wearing them. They're so light and barely know they're there. Sound is okay. In my opinion the noise cancelling is not very effective and surrounding noise can make it difficult to hear podcasts clearly but clearly enough. The battery life is good.

I came with lower expectation because of many cons on youtube reviews, but i insisted to give it a try, unexpectedly found no cons as i heard. +5 stars here, great job soundpeats.

Mic and sound both are not good I don’t recommend to anyone to buy this product

Left side stopped working after a month of light use. Update: change my review from 2 stars to 5 stars for their amazing customer service. They contacted me and offered me to choose any other product from their lineup as a replacement.

I own a pair of Aftershokz Aeropex I bought back in 2019. I bought the wrong size and after ~4ish hours of playback my ears would begin to hurt. Thought it was about time I bought something new that would fit better. I looked at a ton of different models, and when I saw the reviews for this pair, and the price, I was a little dubious. The build quality is acceptable but not exceptional- you can tell most of the budget was put into the sound stage - which is a good thing. At this price range I didn't expect them to sound as good as they do. They sound similar to my Aeropex, but one advantage I noticed after trying them for the first time, is that they are way, way louder. I think this is because they are placed on your ear instead of on the bone between ear and cheek. Because of this, the sound has a surround type feel compared to my old Aeropex. (Note: you have place them so they properly touch your ear. Can be a bit fiddly to find the right position at first) The charging box is another plus, haven't had any Bluetooth connectivity issues, the touch buttons I found easy to get used to but bumping or brushing them will trigger them. I also haven't used the app or signed up for anything, which is another plus. I tweaked the equaliser in Spotify but other than that, I didn't have to set up anything else. Overall, I am very pleased and honestly surprised by how good these are. Been driving them for a month, no hurting ears and they're light enough that I often forget I'm wearing them.

Compré este par por los buenos comentarios, sin embargo cuando me tocó usarlos note una pésima definición del audio, se escuchaban como si fuera una radio con mucha interferencia. Expuse mi problema en servicio al cliente, supuse que todo era un defecto del producto. Me orientaron con unos tips para reiniciar los audífonos y tratar de resolver ese problema. No se solucionó, así que nuevamente expuse mi problema y fueron muy profesionales al enviarme otro par; Al llegar, note enseguida que si era un defecto espantoso y que desafortunadamente me habían tocado a mi. Como todos los comentarios eran buenos, pensé por un momento que eran opiniones falsas, de esas que pagan para vender, jejeje. Pero no. Los nuevos audífonos se escuchan mejor ( como se deben de escuchar), incluso note que los botones se presionan mejor. Ambos hacen clic. (Me emocioné al saber que ambos hacían clic y no solo uno, como los primeros que llegaron jajaja) Recomiendo el producto. Hay más modelos en la marca que duran más horas, así que no dudaré en comprarlos. Hay respaldo en la compra y excelente servicio a cliente. No los recomendo para ejercicio, en lo personal el subir las escaleras se me caen, pero es porque mi oreja es muy pequeña y los adaptadores no fueron suficientes. No dudo que a alguien más le funcione para actividades. Los uso principalmente para juntas de no más de una hr. Y los vuelvo a conectar al cargador. El cargador lo conecto cada 2 días. ( Dependiendo del uso). Si necesitan algo para viajes más largos recomiendo compren otro modelo de la marca con más duración.

These earbuds are great for the money! I tested the ipx7 rating and had a long 15minute shower with them and they worked perfectly. They are super comfortable, the wing tips are nice and soft and the earbuds hold in perfectly for sports. I shook my head as hard as possible and did jump rope for 20minutes and they did not move at all. The sound is great, plenty of bass and volume. The button functions are easy and intuitive. USB-C and charge status lights on the case are also a nice feature. Pairing is also super easy.

No soy una usuaria exigente porque nunca he tenido unos buenos audífonos 😂 No suelo invertir en este tipo de productos, pero debo decir que una vez que conoces algo bueno, cambia la perspectiva, siempre he comprado audífonos alámbricos económicos porque según yo era un gasto innecesario, pero me he sorprendido mucho con este producto, noté la diferencia de comprar algo equis con algo de calidad. La estética es muy bonita y pareciera ser un producto costoso, los materiales son muy buenos, me encantó el color y que el acabado sea mate, siento que le da una vista elegante a los audífonos. Respecto a la funcionalidad, wow! Qué bonito sonido, la música se escucha de maravilla, la voz clara, se aprecian los instrumentos, es sonido estéreo, tenía mucho que no tenía unos audífonos así, porque todos los que compraba eran mono 🐒😂 Me gustó mucho la ergonomía porque son pequeños y se acomodan muy bien a mis orejas pequeñas, no me gustan los audífonos de goma y tampoco soy fan de los audífonos de diadema porque a la larga ya no los tolero, y estos son súper cómodos y discretos, y no se me caen, con otros audífonos de este estilo batallo mucho porque se me caen o me lastiman porque tengo un daith piercing. La aplicación fue un tema, creo que tienen mucho que mejorar, les falta desarrollarla más porque pareciera una app hecha por un programador principiante, pero está fácil de usar, yo no soy muy diestra con la tecnología, y me costó un poquito de trabajo emparejarlos con mi teléfono (no había visto que el instructivo estaba en el fondo de la caja y los empareje como Dios me dió a entender). Me gustaron los gestos táctiles que tienen, ya veré si para mis necesidades desactivo la función automática o se lo dejo, pero pienso que me va a ser de gran utilidad ya que suelo escuchar música mientras hago jardinería o limpieza y es tedioso sacar el teléfono para pausar música o responder llamadas. Los seguiré probando y les hago saber que otras cosas descubrí, pero de primera impresión, me encantaron!

Dopo due anni di onorato servizio del modello Q30 HD, ho acquistato il nuovo modello Q30 HD+, sicuramente di qualità superiore. Dopo 8 mesi di utilizzo, però, l'auricolare destro ha smesso di funzionare e non era nemmeno possibile accoppiare il dispositivo con un altro telefono. L'assistenza del venditore è stata molto professionale e comunicativa, provvedendo a sostituire gli auricolari senza alcuna spesa da parte mia. Sicuramente continuerò a fornirmi da loro in futuro, sia per la qualità dei prodotti che per il servizio post vendita.
