I bought this product through Amazon a few days ago and installed it in my car during the Christmas holidays. However, I had a problem with the Bluetooth sound connection, so I asked the seller for help. The seller surprisingly replied within two hours, and his response was very kind and detailed. Anyway, the problem was solved, and now my car has become a drive-in theater. I transferred over a hundred ultra-high definition movies to a 1TB MICRO SD CARD and inserted it, and I watch movies, use it as a tablet as a mobile hotspot, and also connect my PS4 to play games. I am very satisfied with the picture and sound quality. I am honored to have purchased a good product, and I would like to thank the seller again.

It’s been 2 weeks since purchasing these items and have had no issues so far. The screens look good and remain operational. If anything changes, I’ll leave an update.

Picture is fantastic! Audio............ horrible. I suggest getting a small Bluetooth speaker and using that.

Not sure what others are raving about or if this just the difference between an Apple product and an Android product. The only plus was the ease of installation. After that, short of Netflix, the tablet was unable to download any other apps from the play store including Amazon prime video and espn. So tried restarting it - that led to (now on the second) software update that each took at least 15 minutes. The app that allows you to mirror your iPhone screen doesn’t work (just get the logo and black screen captured below) And the FM transmit to radio so you can hear through the car speakers has tons of static.
