I love this magnesium cream. After one use I was hooked and have purchased multiple bottles. My legs & feet are very achy and sore in the evenings, which makes relaxing (without constant wiggling to ease discomfort) and falling asleep difficult. I've tried oral magnesium but this topical cream delivers a more immediate, noticeable relief for my restless legs and sore feet. It's subtle but noticeable- feels like a very slight warm, light, tingle or embrace. It's hard to explain but its very soothing. Definitely helps me sit still in the evenings and makes it easier to fall asleep. I also gave some to my mom who suffers from severe neuralgia, restless leg and muscle cramping and she loves it too. I use at night to help relax my feet and legs. It is helping with leg cramps and numbness. I also use it on my hands for cramps in my fingers. It absorbs well with no outward feel of oil or anything. It’s also a good moisturizer for my legs.

Probably gonna order another jar when this one runs out since its become part of my nightly routine now. I read several reviews before buying this and was disappointed that it did not work for me as others had claimed it did for them. I have been using every night for 4 wks on legs and feet and it did nothing to help me sleep, did not make my legs feel better, did not help with any pain. It did make my feet and legs soft and does smell very good, but that was it. I only had to use a small amount, it spread very well. The container was completely full when I opened it, as I did notice some who said their's were not. It is a very thick cream, not greasy. I just can't justify paying as much as it costs for such a small amount for something that smells good.

This magnesium cream is very hydrating and luxurious! It has a lavender scent but it's not strong at all which I very much prefer. It is a creamy texture and very easy to apply. It absorbs very quickly and leaves your skin feeling very hydrated, soft, and nourished. It does not leave behind any greasy residue and it is definitely not sticky. I love using this right before sleep and a rug into my chest, arms, legs, and feet. I have not had any cramps in my legs since using it which is fantastic! But the main reason that I use it is because it really does calm me down and get me ready for sleep. It gives me that relaxed sleepy feeling which is wonderful. It does state that it has 250 mg of pure magnesium per teaspoon. I think the lotion is wonderful. It's very hydrating. It has a nice light scent and it just makes you feel relaxed!
