Smoked duck mmmmm great little smoker and ideal for the barbecue

works well, we use in the garage as stunk the house for days when we did it inside (although the smell is nice anyway), am having fun playing. easy to use.

House stunk for days after 👎 the fish was soooo tastier though 👍

I was slightly disappointed when I received this item. The lid doesn’t fit snug. How’s it meant to trap the smoke if all of it escapes due to the ill fitting lid??? ( See photo) I would send it back but I can’t be bothered with the hassle.

A real energy and wood saver. First try at smoked salmon used 3 tablespoons of fine wood chips. Wrapped good in foil to keep the smoke down, still need an exhaust running over the stove. Only had minor smoke smell in the house. This will be exceptional when the weather is good to smoke outside, small grill a small amount of charcoal versus firing up a big smoker.

We love the simplicity of this product. We used it to cook some salmon on the gas BBQ - wow - simply delicious.

Smoker advertised as 11" x 7" x3.5" However when using it I was found it to be only a little over 2" high and as a result I cant cook the quantity I expected
