Bad thing is it seems to be quite temperamental- i bought a single box to try which was great, no difference to Allinsons, so i bought a larger amount but these ones seem to have had air in them somehow- the bread is not rising the same. Behaves like Allinson’s yeast that comes in the tin and has been open a long time (I switched to the packets to avoid this problem which worked a treat…)
