I know these contain zinc and selenium, which are metals but so do other similar gummies and the manufacturers of those manage to do something to counteract these so the gummies are palatable at least. Also unlike other gummies these don't have some kind of silica gel sachet inside, so they were all stuck together. I think I will finish the container of these and then go back to my usual brand.

This product is my regular must have, I notice a great change in my skin and healthy growth in my nails, as they are more stronger, no brittleness and adds every inches to my hair.

Used about 2 bottles I can’t tell if this is making massive difference but one thing I noticed that my hair doesn’t fall like used to be.

Took them for 2 months, unfortunately they didn’t help with nail strength or do anything for my hair. On a positive they do taste great.

I have definitely seen a difference in my nails, they seem stronger. I don’t believe I have seen a difference with hair growth.
