Does the job at a reasonable price, good entry level circuit breaker
Good price point on entry level equipment. This is not the quality or level of the audio gear from 20 years ago say old school PG or Scorche, but then its not as expensive either. When you install it and tighten down the nuts, make sure that the ring terminal does not contact the side of the housing, if it does it will make a scraping sound that actually sounds like its cracking or breaking. this initially scared the bejesus out of me as I thought i had overtightened it and broke it. Under closer inspection i could see where the ring terminal had scratched the housing. I removed the terminal, filed the side of the terminal a little to gain clearance and problem solved. On the second breaker I filed the ring terminal first and no funny sounds Whew! I am currently useing it as a battery to inverter circuit breaker and am routinely running about 200 amps through it. It has not overheated, or tripped yet at 200 amps 12 VDC. i would vote thi one a winner.

Big DC breaker
Used for truck aux battery connection. Much cheaper than what's available locally.

Interrupts circuit well before rated curent
This caused me a great amount of trouble. I was running my 2000 watt inverter which was pulling about 150 amps. After running for about 1 min the power just shut off. I thought I was having problems with the inverter. After about 15 seconds the power came back on. The breaker never tripped. This happened several times but the breaker never tripped. Finally I measured voltage at the breaker and waited for the power to stop again. Sure enough the voltage was zero.

great price
These are so nice to use in place of fuses in car audio installs, solar, or any other DC application. Easily saved 1/3 over the 150Amp units available locally at the automotive parts store.

just right size
used to hook up several sets of led lights hooked between battery andfuse box

Don't go breaking my heart.....
I had to replace a 1 gauge cable that was a direct connection to a selinoid . When I replaced it, I decided to put in this circuit breaker, good choice, if I do say so myself ! Easy and straight forward install. It showed up before the scheduled time to boot. Highly recommended.

Not bad!
Works. No labels stamped on it. Works perfectly between my deep cycle battery and my 3000 watt Pure Sine Wave Inverter.

Ok breaker. It does protect my winch but it seemed to trip before it should have.
One of the rivets fell out when I took it out of the package and another was on the verge of falling out. Also either my winch draws much more power than stated in the directions or this isn't truly a 300A breaker. It would trip after ~30 seconds of moderate use on the winch. The cool down before it could be reset was about 5 minutes. This does offer protection for my winch to keep me from overheating it by forcing me to give it a few minutes to cool down. I will continue using it but will probably start looking for an alternative.
