Using this for about 3 weeks. Doesn't keep me craving for sweets away but does seem to curb my appetite.I've lost about 5 pounds.

after taking it, the effects don’t start working till about thirty minutes to forty five minutes.I will say they do alter the taste of sugar to make you not want to eat it however, it passes after 30 minutes and you’re right back to square one. I take mine before I eat, so I don’t crave sweets afterwards because that’s when I tend to crave sweets. I wish it worked faster so that way when a craving hit, I could take it and it would work. If I take it and eat something sweet before the 30 to 45 minute window it does not alter the taste and I will devour my sweets. If I wait 30 to 45 minute window and then taste my sweets I can’t taste anything at all, which makes me not want to eat it therefore making it work wonderfully at that time.

Es un buenísimo suplemento una amiga me lo recomendó ya que tiene pre diabetes y me dijo que le ayudaba para mantener bien sus niveles de azúcar así que se lo compre a mi mamá ya que también ella padece de pre diabetes y si le a ayudado mucho este creo es el 4 bote que compro para ella. No sabe mal, no le molesta el estómago así que muy recomendado.

Estoy usando Gymnema en cápsulas y he notado que ayuda a controlar la ansiedad relacionada con el azúcar. Son fáciles de tomar y no tienen sabor desagradable. Aún estoy en proceso de uso, pero hasta ahora he tenido una experiencia positiva.
