I ordered the wrong size - the diameter is the inside of the tube - it doesn't include the outer later. My mistake, I forgot and it was too big. lol I needed the next size down. All and all it was well made and all. I got a similar one - the right size from a local vendor. Same good quality with the rings. Use a mini ratchet not a screwdriver. Best of luck! May your pipes no longer leak.
