I recommend for a little peep in your step! I have played with the brother for a 2 weeks now. I know it says only add milk but I've added instant 2% milk and also a dash of creamer and milk and it work great to add to my Chai (tea). I make a dirty Chai sometimes so thats when I add a little instant coffee/expresso to my milk and add to my Chai. I like how easy it is to clean. I like the little brush it comes with. Great even if you like a latte in the morning routine or Chai (tea). The buttons work with ease for me. I dont have to push too hard. I read some reviews that said they did. So good machine. I keep the cup on my counter and toss the plug in my drawer. And I just take it out when I use it and pop it back in the drawer when im done. I don't like alot of products on my counter top. Oh I have added a tsp of sugar to my milk and just made it more sweet especially the foam. Nice to mix it up as an option.

*** editing this because the customer service was so incredible. Since posting this, they kindly replaced my frother 😭 so far all is good, it’s working perfectly and is totally in tact. There’s always a possibility of glass breaking, no matter how high quality. So I’m really thankful for a replacement!!! Ugh I LOVE this frother, however the glass broke within the first month of use :( it holds the heat well but if you have kids or are just naturally clumsy, this may not be the best option. Easy to clean and easy to use! I love the cold foam and hot/warm foam option, every blends very well if you add sweeter as well. Overall functions well and is a great product. I just wish the glass was a bit more durable!

I was content w the frother while it lasted. Unfortunately it stopped working after about 4 months of daily use. Honestly, I expected it might fail bc the carafe is connected to the heating element. (Didn’t realize this when I ordered) I love making flat whites in the morning so decided to invest in a more expensive Dreo where the carafe is separate from the heating element. Hopefully it will last longer.

I am on our 3rd milk frother in a few years as we drink a lot of lattes and cappuccinos, and this one is SO much better than the others!! Froths beautifully and is so much easier to clean because it's glass. I have recommended this frother to others.

At first, I didn’t much like this frother but I’ve grown to really love it. There are three different settings so that you can choose among heating milk for: - hot chocolate (highest heat) - thick foam (middle heat) - creamy foam (lowest) I used the thick foam setting and found that the milk will scald a little bit on the plate, and being used to steamed milk it wasn’t hot enough for my liking. The hot milk setting scalds a bit more, so I tried the creamy foam setting. This one does not burn. At first I missed having hotter steamed foam but I’ve grown used to it and love the creamy, abundant results. Pros: - a small amount of milk whips into lots of beautiful, creamy foam that’s easy to prepare - options for hotter settings - non-stick heating plate making the slightly scalded milk easy to remove - results taste great (slight scalding doesn’t impact the taste) - glass container means you can watch the milk circle and grow into foam. I know, silly, but this is a fun bonus Cons: - Washing with soap and water is not enough to prevent a sour milk smell. I add a little bleach with water and soap and run it in the frother. - There are no replacement frothing disks. I’ve already ruined one in the disposal and want more on hand because they can be hard to keep track of if detached. UPDATE: the Secura electric milk frother replacement whisks fit and work well. Comparing the price to other automatic foamers, this one is an excellent value.
