They Stand behind their 3 year Warranty.
When I bought this monitor I wanted a high refresh rate because I'm sensitive to flickering after 30 years in the Tech Imaging Field using 60Hz Monitors. The monitor was rated for 180Hz and I couldn't get it higher that 144Hz. I had just bought the new Apple Mac Mini M4 and there should have been no problem because Apple rated it capable of 4K @ 240Hz. When I did a search in Apple community others were having the same problem but with other Brands so I complained about it to Apple Customer Service and They couldn't give me an answer and would get back to me . . . They didn't. I was working on another project so 144Hz was fine. But then I needed the promised 180Hz and almost a year had went by. I went back and checked the 3 year warranty and it should have been covered because by then I had discovered that the Problem was not with Apple but with KTC. I contacted them about the problem and and they did the right thing and sent me a Fedex label to ship back to them and shipped me a bran new monitor to replace my defective H27S17 Curved monitor and it does 180Hz all day long! This is superior Customer Service that says A lot about this Brand. I now have other monitors from KTC. They stand behind their Warranty.

Wow - But know a few things first!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:The biggest factor was the size for the price. Hard to beat the price. Here are some things to keep in mind though.First, there are no external adjustment controls. Mine work fine out of the box, but if you need to do additional calibration, you will have to do it all in software. Second, one of my monitors would flicker every time I got up or sat down. My first thought was that it was a strain of power that my movements was causing enough noise to interrupt. I changed the refresh rate from 100 to 75 and it started working perfectly. Likely my graphics card does not have enough juice to send a solid signal. If I was a big gamer, these might not work - but since I just do office stuff all day, they work fine for my needs.

This monitor checked all the boxes and passes the eye test!
I do most of my gaming on the PS4/5 these days so I don't need to push frame rate on my PC as much. Out of the box this monitor was impressive at the price point. On sale $150 is a deal, and it was well packaged - comes with HDMI cable and a screwdriver so about 10 minutes from opening the box to connected. Got the refresh rate set, enabled FreeSync, adjusted the color saturation up a bit and its bringing nice contrast and deep colors. Really good monitor in this spec/price range.

Well worth the price, but sometimes cheaper on newegg
It's a good budget monitor. I would say check Newegg before buying, it can be cheaper there and comes from the same place regardless if you order here or Newegg. It's perfectly capable of handling everything I've thrown at it as far as gaming goes. I've yet to experience any blur or distortion on it even with games being at high or ultra graphics settings. It handles it like a champ. It's a typical gaming monitor as far as response times go. Your splitting hairs if you go below 1ms and most humans can't see that short of a blur if there's one.Overall I'd definitely buy this again, and I may just do that for my Xbox/laptop setup. Obviously overkill for it but it's always nice to have the headroom if I ditch console and go with a 2nd gaming setup for my house.

Great price to performance.
This is a 5/5 for me. The color is great, the MS is great, and the DPI is realy good. This is NOT an OLED, and you dont get the blacks that an OLED does, but over all, for the price, I am going to buy another. I love it. I like to have to 24 inch moinitors. This blows my second monitor out. I have an ultra wide (34 inch), and though it has more pixels, the DPI is not nearly as good as this.

Good performance for the price.
Edited 15 July 2025:Original review stated that FreeSync would not work, but I was able to get it to work. This monitor has a great picture for the price. The menu options are nice but the control mechanism is a bit unconventional. Most monitors use a button press to select, but this one uses a stick move to the right. This caused some confusion on settings. I'm currently using this with an RX 6700 XT and FreeSync is detected and is used. Hopefully it lasts a long time.
