17 PM Smartphone 17 (Black B)

I bought this phone in Dec 2024 and it looked good and worked perfectly. Now its Feb 2025 and it won't charge anymore. I've tried everything changing out charging cords, etc., but nothing is working. It says it cannot be returned and there's no one to contact. I know $200 for cellphone isn't a lot of money for a phone these days but it's a lot of money for someone who's on SSI disability. So now I'm told by my daughter that I will probably have to pay a lot of money to get it fixed or buy a new one and neither option is appealing or possible right now. I feel very let down by Amazon. I thought they were watching their customers back!

Complete piece of cr*p. This thing is junk. The camera resolution sucks. YouTube Videos look pixelated. I paid 200 dollars for this thing. It's worth maybe 40 dollars. And that's being generous.I'm sorry seller, I know it's not your fault. But no one should get ripped off paying 200 dollars for something that doesn't work properly.

Quality isn't there for me. But the phone might be good for kids. Didn't like the size of the screen. Not in the dimensions I wanted.

This phone was a waste of money. Nothing is updatable, just an old slow moving phone.-1 star.

I 1st thought was it would work with any network, unfortunately it will not as it may not be compatible as I am being told from both At&t & Cricket Wireless , unsure what networks double Sim will work ? I regret purchase now but thats life we have to try . really great phone otherwise for whomever.

Easy to set up,,nice quality
