Excellent product. I am very pleased with this product. It doesn’t hurt my stomach when I drink it at night before going to bed. It makes me drowsy with 8 minutes. If I take 2 capsules makes me sleep throughout nonstop. I’ve a lot energy in the morning. I highly recommend to anyone. I am ready to purchase another bottle.

I sleep a lot better when I take these. Only down side is that you have to take 2 and they are on the larger size.
