Always a great addition to the kitchen knife collection, the fine serrated edge lasts for years and is the best bread and tomato cutter you can get, the other edge is good for carving meats etc and the points to pick anything off of the cutting board. I’ve had one for about 25 years and it still cuts bread well the second is 6 years old. Highly recommended though not the only knife you will need.

It's possible this is the best kitchen devil ever, cuts through bread or meat like a hot knife through butter. Highly recommend.

In that it is 'knife-ness' itself... every knife one might need... veryveryveryvery SHARP as a knife should be and... because of the nature of the *two-knives-in-one*™ technology employed... it cuts through the material realm in all it's guises so easily it imparts a sense of power to the wielder... Since this is a Long Knife...a dexterous wrist is advised... but before I argue further that this knife is the actual Ideal Knife...as put forward by Plato... I should also recognise that my purchase of this knife was as a replacement... for one I lost in the Summer...in the garden of all places... where one of these triumphs of Mass design was once again flourishing as a cutting edge in situations... In conclusion, then : Whilst not capable of fully being a Platonic Ideal Knife, then... due to it's existence as a repeatable form... This is a damn fine Knife.... and made by Devils too.... i'll have Thirteen...!!
