Just too expensive.

Very inexpensive compared to other testing strip prices. My insurance company only allows for 3 tests per day, I use another machine with different strips, however I usually test my blood 5 times a day, I ALWAYS RUN SHORT. I have a fora meter from a previous insurance company and found sptest strips on Amazon. I WAS SO EXCITED because I couldn’t find them anywhere and they were a lot less expensive. They need little blood as well. I keep a few boxes at all times as backups until I’m able to order my allowed brand.. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PURCHASE

It is what it is! Too bad no easy way to get a single strip out but it is a bottle with 50 strips and they function as advertised. I just wish they weren't as expensive. Also my insurance only covers a different manufacturer so I will be switching and maybe use this as a double check if or when needed.

I really like this product, but I can't stand 50 cents per stick I used 3 times A-day. And when I test my ketones once A-day, that's another dollar per stick. That's $2 50 cents per day.... A price that is common among these devices, but you can get glucose devices for 5 to 10 cents per stick from your doctor. The app is awesome.
