Great bike for the money
Bike looks great. My daughter was very happy. It was a pain to put together. The tool kit was missing and the mud guards were squashed and out of shape. I contacted customer service and they sent a tool kit out a couple of days later so was very happy with their customer support.

Avoid!
This bike is not suitable for its intended purpose and is of very low quality. The instructions are very unclear and some parts do not match the instructions. Multiple parts were missing. I took it to a bike shop and they informed me it does not comply to UK safety standards. Shouldn't be allowed to be sold through Amazon.

Good looking,generally seems to be sturdy, although the accessories a little fragile-seems they're low quality. Fairly easy to assemble, but took some time.Overall I think it's okay

Never buy this bike is Hazard in waiting
The bike is 100%inferior not UK standard and poor customer care from seller. The seller has got no shame , zero care about the health and safety of the potential buyers

Good description….
Why did you choose this product over others?: The description of product was good and felt it had everything we need with it. Was disappointed when it got here and had no tool kit or front brakes with it.

Absolute rubbish...!! Do not buy..!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Do not buy this bike..!!! Very cheap, parts don't fit together. Shocking that this is allowed to even be sold, it's not fit for anything other than the bin...!!! Trying to return and get a refund but its proving difficult.
