Gumi good Clear Elastics 3/4 inch Hair Band Small for Thick or Thin Hair

I cut my hair into a bob recently and immediately fell down the TikTok and Instagram rabbit hole of “mini ponytail” and “tiny braid” hairstyle hacks. If you’ve been there too, you already know — you need clear elastics to pull these looks off. These Gumi elastics are perfect. They stretch well, they don’t snap instantly, and they’re totally invisible in your hair. I can do all the little twists, bubble ponies, half-up styles, and tiny braids without the bands sticking out or ruining the look. Why I Love Them: • Great for thick or fine hair — my bob has volume but isn’t super thick, and these still hold. • No snagging going in — they glide on smoothly and stay put. • Tons of them in the bag — which is good, because tiny elastics have a way of disappearing into the void. But let me give you the honest truth: DO NOT sleep in these. DO NOT yank them out. If you do either, your hair will absolutely pay the price. Instead: • Unwind them gently OR • Use one of those little rubber band cutters (they’re like $5 and totally worth it). Your hair will thank you. Final verdict: Buy the bag. Open TikTok. Try all the cute hairstyle hacks. And remember — none of us look like the girl in the tutorial on the first try. Practice makes perfect… and honestly, half the fun is playing around.

Gumi is the best, most durable hold I've found. And 3/4 inch is the size perfect for how I section my dreads (80 DE dreads for a whole head, 40 for half head).

Nice but I think they're smaller than the "1/2 inch" ones I normally buy from another brand. Still, they work well and are good quality. I would get them again but I'd probably look for a bigger size for my uses.

These are the ONLY elastics worth buying for my toddler’s fine hair. They stretch enough to hold a lot of hair for different styles but hold enough tension that the hair doesn’t slip throughout the day. The clear makes them easy to hide and not obtrusive. They are great!

These are horribly thing and fragile - they are not thick enough to be of any use in multiple pony tail styles. Too thin to hold all of my daughters hair without breaking, and then too thin/stretchy to hold smaller sections with any amount of stability.
