Completely disappointed product

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the backpack I purchased. The product description claimed it was water-resistant, but unfortunately, it isn't. The quality is subpar, and it's already showing significant wear and tear after just one month of use. It gets soaked in light rain, the material feels flimsy, and straps are uncomfortable. Overall rating: 1/5. Not recommended.
