Excellent build plate
This plate is excellent. It holds the print securely while printing but allows the finished print to be removed without issue

PEI surface offers good PETG adhesion
I have been fighting print adhesion issues on my Ender 3, especially with PETG filament. I had purchased another PEI-coated spring-steel build plate, and it was awful. I was having more luck printing on glass - but then breaking the parts off of glass was also a problem with some prints that had delicate parts. I was reluctant to purchase another PEI plate, but the price was good, so I went for it. I'm glad I did! I have had no adhesion problems, even without having to use hairspray or glue sticks. I'm definitely satisfied with the performance. Using the PEY side with the "stars" - I do use a light mist of hairspray to make sure I don't have a problem with breakaways later in the print, and it does impart a very faint stars effect if you look at the surface in 'just-so' light, but odds are you won't see it if you're not deliberately looking for it - at least with the filament I've used it with so far.

Low temp, save money.
This build plate is good, it sticks well to prints at lower temperatures, there for save on electricity. However, I still make sure to set bed temp 5-7 degrees above recommended (I set 35, manufacturers recommended 30) for PLA+/TPU. Very easy to clean, and remove plate from bed since it’s magnetic, best part is it’s 2 sided so it will last a bit longer than normal plate.

Plate is too thin and will warp with large parts.
Printing PETG on almost the entire surface was really nice, but the plate is too thin and the corners of the plate pull away from the magnet with large edge to edge prints causing the print to warp. The adhesion is still good to the part, but the whole plate bends way to easily.I printed PETG, PLA, and TPU with good success. Sticks well enough to each material but doesn't still so much that it makes it difficult to remove parts. May work fine for smaller prints near the center that will likely not cause the plate to warp away on the corners. It leaves a nice fine texture that is almost smooth on the parts.I tried printing cooler than my normal smooth and textured PEI sheets with some success, but found most consistent result with normal higher print temperatures. The main reason I bought this cool plate was to be able to print at much lower temps, but seems like it was too good to be true.

Reddit was right, buy the plate, save some hassle.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Are you a 30 somethin year old who likes to get into random hobbies you know nothing about? I am. Reddit told me to get a better build plate for my new 3d printer, did I listen? not at first. I hate to admit it but the chronically online redditors were right. Are they right about how to drink water? no r/water is full of people way too passionate about something that is necessary for life, not a hobby. r/3d printing though was right, save yourself hassle and buy a plate like this one.

Perfect
Bought this to see if it would fix my adhesion issues with the OEM plate. This works flawlessly. Everything I’ve tried to print works perfectly.

Better than the original
I get better adhesion from this plate compared to the one that came with my printer. Print results have been very clean and consistent. What's nice is having the option to change between textured and smooth. Plate is also little more flexible compared to original so removing part is easier and cleaner.

okay i guess
Creality 3D Printer Build Plate for Ender 3/Ender 3 V2/K1/K1C Build Plate/Ender 3 V3/Ender 3 V3 KE/Ender 3 V3 SE Build Plate/Ender 5 S1/CR 10 SE and All 3D Printers (Creality Plate Black 235 * 235mm)i guess build plates are consumables. i was not terribly excited when i received this because of how it is mailed. this is a flexible piece of sheet metal that could easily get damaged, it is sent in basically an envelope that is as robust as a manilla folder. mine arrive undamaged, but that was lucky. should be boxed with some more robust protection from bending. anyway, it has one side with a coating and one without. seems like you are getting half of a thing. would be better if both sides were coated. if build plate deck is properly leveled to the nozzle, adhesion will be fine. almost always, once cool the print is just free, [pla] havent tried more complex filaments, pla likes it fine. tested and fits an ender 3 s1 pro just fine. has cutouts for the screws that are on some of these machines.
