Works well but the upper back massage balls are super hard. Still trying to figure out how to customize that cycle. Heated seat is not hot and barely noticeable unless you are in your underwear. Love the side and back inflation option. The neck pillow works well for those that are 5'8 and taller. I am 5'5 and just lift up the head pillow to adjust my position so the next massage hits the right spots. Overall very happy.

If you're looking for quality massager that does it all, I recommend this one. *The pictures show that you can attach the massager to any chair with the velcro strips on the back for security. Also the head pillow can be removed as well as the intensity control flap.

This SL229 Snailax massager IS a fantastic machine - It got rid of my painful back-ache the first time I used it! I will certainly be using it at the beginning of every day. Before, I bought this machine, I was going regularly to the physio-theraptist and this was starting to cost me a lot of money. I was going to get my family doctor involved because I actually thought that there an underlying health problem with me. I especially like the back massaging feature of the machine because it IS very effective in relieving my now-gone excruciating back pain!
