I bought these because they come with both iron capsules and vitamin tablets which help the body to absorb the iron. They are non-constipating and they are truly gentle on my stomach. I have had a lot of problems in the past with various iron pills, but these were pretty easy to swallow, even though they didn't taste very good. They had a bit of a maybe vinegary taste to them, but that wasn't a problem if you swallow them right away. Overall, they are a good vitamin and worth the money. I'm happy with them and I think you will be too.

I bought these for myself since adult iron supplements are typically a little too strong for me. I've been taking them for a few days, and really enjoy them. They are more of a Starburst texture, compared to a traditional gummy vitamin. I was a little hesitant to order with the feedback on the flavor, but I think they taste great and look forward to taking them everyday. I like how they're individually wrapped, as it makes them easy to travel with. I can also imagine it's very easy to add to a kid's lunchbox. Overall, I think this is a great product!

We've tried every iron supplement for our child, and this is by far the WORST. The flavor is bad, and it's very chewy, so it gets stuck in your teeth, prolonging the experience. We noticed some of the wrappers were also sticking to the product so some paper was left behind when peeling the wrapper.
