Overall vibration is quite weak. Charging cord is very small and also not USB type. First package received was used one, just like many other users have mentioned. Looks like people are using and then replacing it. Caution: You cannot return, only replacement is possible.

It’s a basic vibration based massager. Useful for eye massage not very efficient for face cleansing. There is single vibration surface. No multiple point pattern massage that would help cleansing. Agro is an upcoming brand but fully ignores the competition. Most importantly the charging cable is 30 year old two pin contact. Most devices are moving to USB Type C for charging. A12$ piece of eWaste.
