As I am writing this review, I am sitting comfortably at my laptop in my new chair enjoying a heated massage. I am very pleased with my new chair! It arrived days before it said it would arrive. Packaging and content was in excellent condition upon arrival. It was so easy to assemble. Once it was put together and I sat in it for the first time I was so very impressed with its stability and comfort, and when I decided to get really comfortable I extended my leg rest and use the reclining ability, I could have easily taken a nap. except I was at work and could not do that. My Co-Pastor is now planning on getting one for his office as well! And with the quality and amazing price he definitely should do so!

Overall good chair. I've had it for about a week and it is a vast improvement over my last chair. My old chair had a similar appearance and features, and cost about the same, but was clearly made from much cheaper materials and wasn't nearly as comfortable to sit on. This one has a nice thick cushion on both the seats and the arms. The heat and vibration are nice. I wish the seat also heated up, but I knew it didn't when I purchased it. I also wish you could adjust the arm rests, but so far the height seems fine (if a tiny bit higher than I'd like it to be). I do think the proportions of the chair are a little weird. I'm on the shorter side. My feet don't touch the floor even when I lower the chair as much as I can, the armrests and lower back bump are a little bit higher than I'd like them to be, but the pillow for the head rest is so low it hits my upper back several inches below my shoulders. It doesn't seem to me like these proportions would be right for anyone. Overall, I'm happy with it. If anything changes after a few months of sitting on it, I'll update my review.

I have back issues and this chair has been a lifesaver as my father’s on hospice and I have to sit next to his hospital bed a lot. I got this chair for the portability to use it as a desk chair, at my computer and next to my dad’s hospital bed. The only issue I’ve had is because I need to move it so much from room to room, The plug comes loose often only because it’s moved around so much. It works beautifully, comfy, heat & vibration is very nice, high-quality, very comfortable. I’m a 5’9”148 pounds female. I’m not kidding when I say this chair has been a real lifesaver. My Husband put it together pretty quickly. I wish I had time to take better photos, but my plate is full. I was originally going with a pink chair that didn’t have the quality that did and it was anthat didn’t have the quality that did and it was a little more pricey. Thankfully, I saw this one and it truly is the best price and perfect.

Just got it in and set up and it lives up to the expectations. I ordered the cream color and material is good quality and soft. It was easy to set up, 30-45 minutes, the instructions are good. The massage feature is more of a vibration than other massage chairs that have rollers that move. I do like the massage feature. The footrest is a must have. The chair as a whole is very sturdy and it rolls smoothly. It does fit through normal doorways. The recline is smooth and the range is great. Definitely a great value for your money.

The massage part is great. I like that it has different modes and different intensity levels. The heat part doesn't get as hot as i thought as it gets barely warm. Plus it takes awhile for it to heat. I like that the back reclines but I wish the height of the back moved up and down. The arms doesn't move either and I wished I looked into that more because I'm short and don't have long arms so I need to sit closer to the keyboard. My stand is the same level so it is flushed against the arms making me reaching out more. I can't lower or raise the chair because then the stand will be either to high or to low. The cushion is a little hard for me but I think it's new so it's stiff right now. I have a lower back issue. I love the foot rest. I like that they're is a pocket to put the remote so I don't lose it. Instructions was easy to follow and didn't take long to put it together.

I bought two of these chairs. They were easy to assemble and the massage worked well. But after just one month I saw that they just started getting loose where the bolts fasten the arms and back onto the seat. I tried to tighten the bolts, but found that the bolts are all tight. It is the threaded female part inside the seat that has broken loose and I cannot repair that. Both chairs lasted less than 3 months of use and are becoming unsafe to sit in.

While the chair itself is nice, like every new piece of furniture, something on it inevitably arrives damaged or broken. In this case, one of the sockets that attaches the arms was bent upwards, preventing us from attaching the arm. I tried hard to force the socket back down just to make it work, but I shouldn't need to do that al! I messaged the seller about this issue, and instead of offering an actual solution, they simply asked for several photos of the problem. I thought that explaining the issue would move thing along, but it didn’t seem to make a difference. Oh and the massage feature is a joke... it's just a vibrating chair .
