I absolutely love this pan. Im trying to make a perfect Detroit style pizza at home and this pan is perfect. I brushed oil on it, baked it at 350f for 10 minutes and then let it cool before I used it the first time and not a single crumb was stuck. The size is great for 8 big slices. No more $20 pizzas!! Im making premium pizza at home.

This is an aluminum pan with a nonstick coating. That coating comes off after only a couple of uses.Spend the extra money for the real seasoned steel version. Don’t waste your money here.

The size and height of the pan's walls allow good options for a variety of uses. The metal is stout and will hold up well in the long run. I've had this pan for only a short while and am new to cooking, (my wife having passed away recently, so I'm "learning from scratch"), but I've made two Detroit style pizzas and a lasagna in it, and am pleased with how easily the pan contains those ingredients.I was drawn to the non-stick aspect of the pan, on referral by a friend who uses his very often. Therefore it was disappointing to see bright shiny metal "here and there" soon after acquiring the pan... clearly the non-stick material is easily scratched when handling. I hand wash it, and the incidental Knicks are a surprise. Buyers must be certain to handle this gem "with kid gloves" to ensure its nonstick function.For its size, sturdiness, and overall function, I can recommend this baking/roasting pan.

My family loves Detroit pizza and this makes a perfect pizza. As I have stated in my other reviews of pizza products, the most important part of making a pizza is to proof your dough. Once you have your dough at the right temperature, grease the pan, make your pizza, and cook at 525. I typically cook for 15-20 min but I like my Detroit pizza to have more crunch to it. The non-stick is great on this product which makes it easy to clean.

Sturdy lid and well made. It doesn’t fit Lloyd Detroit pizza pans, so I had to return it. Five stars based on the product.

Put this pan in the garbage or the trash as soon as it arrives. The nonstick coating flakes right off into your pizza after like 2 uses and it’s probably not good to eat but idk maybe it’s healthy. Who’s to say? Anyway this thing is junk and I wish I didnt buy it. It’s ruined my whole life.

This pizza pan is amazing! Love it. Its worth every penny. Pizza and baked goods come out great!
