Enjoyed it. First time really cooking with this stuff. Made an Orzo bake and it was really nice Even our 2 year old enjoyed it.

We are lovers of orzo (barley-shaped) pasta in this household but sadly it’s not available everywhere. Quick to cook, brilliant added to soups and stews. One simple but delicious recipe is to mix the cooked orzo with ricotta, wilted spinach, grated Parmesan and a pinch of nutmeg. Yum 😋
