Package box okay. Item inside damaged.
The wax has melted inside and dried up when delivered to me. The wax has molded into the lip balm cover and broke the wax while I opened it. Such a shame. I have been using the prodcur like forever. Now I have to purchase another one or love with what I received. A damaged item.
