Versa Gripps Xtreme, Made in USA, Wrist Straps for Weightlifting Alternative, Best Training Accessory, XS, Onyx

I bought my first pair of Versa Grips back in 2016, Never looked back. I have since only used the Versa Pro's, but lost my last pair and decided to try the Xtreme's this time around. I thought these would be an upgrade but I was mistaken. After using them for about 3 weeks , I have multiple complaints on these. The fit on the Xtreme is off, the wrist cushion pads are too thick and dig into the bottom of my wrist when I'm pulling weight. I feel extra tension in my forearm every time I've deadlifted. The straps on the Xtreme 's are also a lot thicker than the pro's and the rubber grip is left flexible and bigger than they need to be. This product has caused distractions through each lift and I've given up on them. I have nothing against the brand, I think the Versa Pro's are excellent but the Xtremes didn't live up to the name in my opinion. I'm disappointed.

I've owned a pair of Versa Gripp Pros for a little over 10 years. They have held up amazingly well over the years. I was looking to buy a smaller size and decided to give the Extreme a try given the additional features. I held my nose at the higher price point given how the Pros are still going strong 10 years later. I have to agree with another review on the velcro strap. It's not completely stitched down to the edges which creates this very annoying feed through the metal clip. My Pros are solidly stitched down to the edges. It feels like they changed the manufacturing process and the quality control is poor. Unfortunately I will be returning these. For the price, this issue cannot be ignored.

These feel like they're going to last a long time.
