Great Little Pan!!!
This pan is fantastic! 1st it's good looking, 2nd it's well made, 3rd my food cooked evenly. I made paella and of course to get that crispy rice texture, some of it burned a bit. But, OMG, this pan cleaned up so nicely, it still looks like new. It's gonna get a lot of use!

Love it!
I love this skillet! It has replaced the non-stick one that I was afraid to use any more due to the nasty stuff in the coatings. I will stick to stainless steel from now on. I give this skillet five stars. I am not crazy about the two like handles. I know now that I would prefer one long handle and for the other to be like the ones on this skillet. However, I am coping with it. It would not be a problem if I were younger and able to manage the awkwardness of draining the skillet. Someone else might like it. It does make it easy to carry a full skillet from one spot to another. The product itself is fantastic! No sticking ( just follow use directions). I do NOT use it when I need very high heat. I leave that job to the iron skillet. I use is for omelets and to cook eggs in other ways. If you need a good stainless steel skillet this one will do you nicely.

Bought both sizes, beautiful pans, I've had them for awhile now and they have become my go to pans for nearly everything I do. They paired well with the rest of my stainless pots and are perfect for our new Induction stove...lovin' 'em : )

Time Saving
Love the big size to cook everything at once. Seasoning stainless steel was something I’ve never heard of, but it must be working because it’s been relatively easy to clean. Clean stainless w no harmful coatings.

very light, great capacity, easy to stir food within But: The outer area beyond the burner is cooler. Not great for higher temperatures, as the food sticks.
