The Perelel electrolyte supplement became a daily essential for me throughout my entire pregnancy and into postpartum. It helped me stay hydrated and energized, and I love that it tastes great without being overly salty like many other electrolyte packets. It mixes smoothly, is gentle on the stomach, and always made a noticeable difference on days I needed an extra boost. I also appreciate that it’s formulated with pregnancy and postpartum needs in mind. Overall, it’s a reliable, effective option I highly recommend.

I really like this hydration powder and the flavor is really is really good, but it doesn't mix very well in plain water. It works best if you put it in a shaker cup.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It mixes as well. I would bet it has ingredients to support skin health and hydration in addition to total body hydration. I like that it doesn’t contain Stevia and the sweetness is not so overwhelming like a lot of the other hydration powders out there.

Good flavor, doesn’t mix well at all. Sticks to the bottom of a cup after a few mins; even when using a hand mixer. Have to drink it very fast to not drink clumps of powder. Or it just sticks to the bottom and you get 60% of what you paid for.

I can tell when I have not been drinking enough fluids. I feel foggy and tired, and this helps to combat that. It has a mild but yummy flavor that I enjoy on its own or mixed into a smoothie.

I like adding this to my water as a daily routine. The flavor is tasting, however I do notice that sometimes there is separation and the last sip isn't as good as the first. When it's mixed in a smoothie its great!

I've been trying this powder for almost two months now and I've had to experiment a lot to get it to a point where I like the taste. It makes me feel energized for sure, but you have to mix it into a smoothie with fruits to get that powdery taste away. Occasionally, I will just put it in water and use a frother to mix it well but putting it in something with a thicker consistency is definitely the best way to consume it. Overall I would recommend it to anyone looking for an additional way to stay hydrated but be cautioned that simply adding it into water may not be favorable for everyone!

This is an excellent electolyte drink option. The flavor is refreshing and super tasty, and it's without any added sugars like many drinks on the market have. You can tell that this brand is thoughtful about the blend of ingredients in this powder, and for that, I'm super appreciative!
