chair came on time. chair was easy to assemble. chair is visually stuning. cushions are high gloss and seat is soft and comfortable. chair back is firm but still comfortable. thinking about buying a second one.

Looks nice but arm rests are way too low and not adjustable and back does not recline.

Had this chair for a few months now and I’d say it’s very comfortable. It’s my office chair and I work remote so I use it almost daily and it still looks brand new. I like the Eames look to it. It’s quite wide for me, meaning it can also accommodate larger people. The chair has very thick but squishy padding and it isn’t ergonomic but I purchased it more for the look, and I like that due to my size (I’m average, 5’7 with short legs) I can sit upright and not rest against the back of it to strengthen my back and core while working, or fully crawl into it. The first time I leaned back I thought I was going to fall backwards, it tilts back very far, keep that in mind if that’s a problem for you.

I'm sure this chair is great for some people. It didn't work for me so I tried to return it. They charge a $40 restocking fee and you are responsible for the return shipping, which, in my case was over $200 (cheapest rate). It essentially costs more to return the chair than it did to purchase it. Trying to sell it on Marketplace just so it's not a total wash.

-easy to build (definitely make sure everything is screwed and tight as possible) -perfect size for med/large man like myself -leather is nice -both cozy and good upright posture position too. - wheels are standard office chair wheels but can easily upgrade someday. - black looks great.

I like the way it looks. No complaints when I received it. But after 2 days of normal seating. The popped out button was easily removed due to damage. I have already sent a message to the customer service, but until now, there has been no reply from them.

It's a great-looking chair. The cushions are thick and comfortable with supple fake leather. Unfortunately, the back curves inward for some reason, so it won't support a lot of people. I'm 5'11" and the upper part of the chair (which looks like a headrest) pushes against my shoulder blades and there's no support for my middle back unless I hunch forward. There's just nothing to lean against. It's pretty uncomfortable, but returning the chair was so expensive that I decided to keep using it with an additional pillow behind me. I even tried to reattach the headrest backwards which helped, but it looked strange. The pillow solution is ok so far, but it defeats the purpose of having a new pretty chair.
