Tisscare foot massager arrived promptly on time. Product is very well-packaged. This foot massager is large, seems very sturdy & appears very well made. First day impressions - The adjustable angle bar is sturdy, rotates & locks well at the preset intervals. The massager, it's control panel & remote both function very efficiently. My observations for not giving this item 5 starts - I am male, size 11 shoe size, I can just get my feet into position. Any larger size foot would be extremely tight or not fit. Also, when I used it on a smooth surface floor, the massager will slowly slide when running - I will probably have to attached some rubber foot-pads to the bottom. Lastly is my personal impression - I wish that the rollers for the bottoms of your feet were more aggresive & larger. The rolloers on this massager do not give a deep tissue (shiatsu type) of massage as advertised, that i would prefer.
