I've been using the standard les mills band for a year taking core classes. Switching to the extreme band is a challenge. The tension is great and makes the workouts even more challenging.

Love the durable, flat band - no rolling off the foot when using for certain exercises. Used to borrow my daughter’s all the time - so glad to finally have my own!

I love the band for the 10 times that I was able to use it before it snapped in half. I weigh 115 pounds and used it for light workouts. I contacted Les Mills twice and other than automated responses I have not heard back from them in two weeks. I am disappointed and would have given it another try if they responded. Now their website shows it as "out of stock". I suspect that is due to the defect in the product.

This band makes the exercise tough and it helps to improve core.

I am so disappointed with this item, I bought it thinking it would be more suited for my Les Mills program but it is so heavy and hardly can even pull let alone bind it to my foot and use it. I wish this was clearly stated !
