This is labeled as pure, gray salt from France, reputed amongst the best. This brand does not disappoint, I find it simply delicious sprinkled on my food. Fabulous way to add minerals to the diet. I use Redmond’s real salt to cook but this one for any extra I desire on my meals and just love it! Heavenly on eggs.

Flavor was ok

There is like a wet or oily consistence to this salt. The outside seal was intact, but the seal on the bottle top was not totally sealed down so I am not sure if environmental factors caused the consistency. I don't know anyone personally that has used Celtic salt...so I don't know if this is normal or not.
