Why did you pick this product vs others?: My husband likes it enough that I keep buying it for him. I do not like it. I guess we are all like our own thing.

This shampoo is good if you want to use less plastic. It smells nice, works well and lasts a really long time. I don’t think this one is for greying hair but it is nice. I will say that it seems quite expensive for shampoo.

I don't recommend this shampoo because it doesn't help with oily hair at all. The first time i used it in the shower it felt like it was cleansing my scalp from oils. That feeling was while I was still in the shower...when i got out and dried my hair I noticed there was some oiliness on my scalp. I thought that it might've been that i just didn't rinse out the shampoo thoroughly. So, of course I went back in to thoroughly rinse out my hair. That didn't help but I thought maybe I just have to make sure I do it right the first time. Wrong! The next time I used this shampoo I made sure I rinsed everything out, probably loss more hair than usual by how hard I was rubbing to leave nothing behind. Still there was oiliness on my scalp or residue from the shampoo either way not a good shampoo!

Nice round little soap. Lathers up wonderful and rinses clean. I have wavy hair and this soap was easy to use. Dries great after each use so it don’t leave a mess in your soap dish.

I love the idea of shampoo bars because it means less plastic waste! This shampoo bar lathers really easily and leaves my hair VERY squeaky clean. I would not call this bar "moisturizing." This is a bar I will use once every other week to clarify bc it's a little too stripping for daily use on my fine, thin hair. Might dry me out if I use it too often. I could smell a bit of peppermint when the bar was in the box, but when I lathered it up on my head, there was absolutely zero fragrance. So that's good if you don't like your hair to have a smell after wash day. I prefer a little bit of fragrance on my clean hair. The box describes this shampoo bar to create a tingle on the scalp for dry itchy heads. It does NOT tingle at all, but it did make my dry scalp stop itching for a couple days between washes. I will try some other shampoos from this line to find one that works a little better for my hair type and leaves a bit of fragrance on it.
