There are not many products on Amazon for convertible fabric/canvas top. Application is easy with brushes provided. Below are based on Miata 2016 - The cleaner will last for multiple applications, 3-4 easily, so 2 years if you clean once every six months. Restorer amount was just enough for 2 coats back to back. This is because the first coat of the restorer gives some waterproofing properties so second consecutive coat needs more liquid to be used as the top won’t soak up as much. Waterproofer after that enough for 2 coats back to back. I should note that tiny bit amount of restorer and waterproofer was left just enough for a touch ups in 3-4 small areas. Opening the convertible top for the first few times took more effort than before as the restorer made the fabric a bit harder. In any case, the results were aweome, covered up hand prints really well, fabric is visibly darker and water runs off very well.

It's really complete, don't use a6 brush to apply the renovator it will streak like any brush job, instead use a 3 inch roller. Much much better performance on it and the sealer. Does a good job.

I watched a detailer on YouTube apply a similar product and followed his instructions. I applied all products with a foam brush. I saturated it with the cleaner and waited about 10 minutes and then scrubbed it with provided brush. I then rinsed it off well. After the roof was dry, I applied the dye. I took my time and went from the middle to the edge with the foam brush. I saturated it in even, overlapping coats. I waited till the next day to apply the sealer. I did the same as the dye. Saturate in overlapping coats. I really mean SATURATE. I let it dry and my top looks great. Water beads right off. Some of the reviews say it does not waterproof. Saturate saturate saturate. I have a 2 seater Mazda Miata and I used all of the sealer. Good stuff.

Pretty decent quality Good value for the money I think you will be happy with this purchase it does exactly what it says it will do just follow the instructions I have not tried mine out in a rainstorm yet but I did test it with the water hose sprayer so far so good

This is a great product it restored and waterproofed my convertible soft top Unfortunately, I ordered two packages in error. I received authorization to return one package of which I had to pay postage for to great Britain. Needless to say, I did not return the item do the cost of shipping. The product is certainly five star. The return policy is zero stars.

I had assembly glue showing on my canvas top. I used Goo Gone and to remove the glue as per the bottle. I then followed all of the Protex instructions for each step. Results are perfect and extremely weatherproof. Video that is available is perfect and very thorough. Great product.

Looks like everything needed to rejuvenate the top, but need to wait for cooler weather to use it.

A really good kit which includes everything you need to clean and restore the appearance of your convertible top. Following the instructions and with a bit of effort I was able to drastically improve the appearance of our convertible which had gone a bit green in places. The top is now clean and much blacker than before (hadn't realised just how much it had faded until giving it this treatment). After using the waterproofer i've also noticed the rain runs of it much better although it should be noted that on most modern convertible tops the outer canvas layer is not actually waterproof (there is a waterproof membrane underneath) and while this product will make water run off the canvas much better, it won't repair damage to the waterproof membrane below.

My car is almost 15 years old 2 seater and since l live in UAE, roof was really faded from sand and sun. Took me all day with drying brakes, but oh boy l got new roof. Am absolutely amazed how it all worked out amd was definitely more than worth. At this point am just asking myself why l didnt do it sooner. Best purchase on Amazon. Highly recommend. Btw was enough supply to apply 2 times colour restorer and waterproofing, obviously with 3h drying in between each layer. And protect car paint.

Its really works

I bought this after reading the reviews as I was going to have my roof cleaned by a professional cleaning service but after spending money on the body work I decided to save myself £90 and have a go myself. I have used cleaning products before but first time using restorer. The cleaner went on okay but when it started drying after the first scrub we had to have another quick clean. The cleaner did a good job. Once the roof was dry I applied the restorer it looked good but in closer inspection my application was a bit patchy- so not the product but when I do it again I need to get a better coverage, it still looked pretty good though. Applied the water proofing no problem and the roof does look so much better, I am pleased. I have a Mini Cooper and bought the 500ml bottles which covered the whole of my roof with none to spare. The kit was good with the cloths and the brush. All in all very pleased with the results and the kit. I will see what it is like in a few months and see how long it lasts.
