Just a week in but it seems to have helped my gums out.

I really like this product At night after flosssing and brushing my teeth, I am emptying one capsule into a small dish and manually applying it with my finger to the front and back of my gums, both upper and lower. I just leave it on all night long and it just dissolves into the gum tissue. Hence, no bad morning breath. I also swallow one tablet daily on an empty stomach for my gut health.
