UPDATE: The seller reached out to remedy the situation, which has allowed us to get a replacement phone. No product is perfect and I understand that defective products happen from time to time. Thankfully this seller stands behind their product. This was a really fun phone for my kid, but after using it for about 3 months, it no longer turns on. Tried different chargers, tried resetting it, everything, but it just no longer works.

I bought this Kids Smart Phone for my granddaughter, and she absolutely loves it! The unicorn design is adorable, and it’s the perfect size for small hands. She loves taking pictures and playing the built-in games. It keeps her entertained for hours without needing an actual phone. It’s rechargeable, which is a big plus with no constant battery changes! Excelente compra! Tengo dos hijas y la menor quiere todo lo que tiene su hermana ya mayor... como quizá un celular. Mi preocupación era al salir en el auto que hacer. En fin este celular ha sido nuestro amigo en viajes. Mi hija de 5 año va tomando fotos, haciendo videos mientras narra todo jajsja También va feliz escuchando su canciones, se las pusimos en su celular. Así que ella se siente grande como si hermana jajaja Se los recomiendo!

This is a cute little phone for my 5 year old. I bought it as one of her Christmas gifts. I do think it was a little tough getting the songs to transfer to the phone. You have to convert your itunes songs to MP3 songs. I only put a few on the phone due to the headache of trying to convert the music. If you use something other than itunes it may be easier. It makes noise, has a little camera (that's fine for a 5 year old) has some games and the music is a big bonus for my little one. I may look for an alternative if I hadn't already bought it. But i'm not completely dissatisfied with it.

I am so sad to write this review. I will completely change this review if the seller/ manufacturer of the product agrees to help out for my daughter and send a new one if I send the broken one that's not even broken it just stopped working after what she said wasn't even 3 days until it just stopped working completely! Bc of this.. i may get nothinf from it. Other than to warn others to not waste their $.. sadly my daughter JUST told me about this. She lives with her other mom part time, & she leaves it there. One day I was curious about it. & she told me that the other moms dad set it up perfectly right... & now I can't get a refund or send it back to get a new one that will ACTUALLY WORK! I WAS soo excited to give this to my daughter.. & this plus those little cameras for kids. (The kind that looks like a small pink kids version of mine, a Canon Rebel T7 series)... the shape & stuff, looks just like mine. So I thought it was perfect. Bc I'm into photography & as my daughter apparently (as well I love it!) Looks up to me & wanted one too... so BOTH THOSE broke... & she's 11.. she was old enough then & now to take good care of her stuff... SMH at the manufacture who sells these!!!

The battery dies super quick. No it’s not a real phone (as I knew). The idea of this is great but poor quality apps/games/camera. It’s 2025 for god sakes. At least put a decent camera in it. The games suck and are not user friendly. Its essentially a $35 fidget toy. Purchased for a 6 year old. It’s fun for about 10 minutes then gets pissed with the apps and games part of it. I was expecting it would have more learning value. But no. Would not recommend.

Mi hija de 4 años quedo fascinada, porque siente que trae un cel de verdad, se la pasa feliz tomando fotos, no son de la mejor calidad pero ella es feliz no se necesita mas para un niño menos de 5 años

FUE UN SUPER REGALO PARA MI SOBRINA-NIETA, SE ENTRETIENE HORAS. TIENE MUY BUENA CALIDAD Y FUNCIONA PERFECTAMENTE. SOLO UNA OBSERVACION LOS CUENTOS QUE TIENE PREGRAGADOS ESTAN EN INGLES.

Está lindo para las niñas... sienten que traen su propio celular... solo no me gustó que varias funciones están en inglés y no todo se puede configurar en español, eso hace que los niños pierdan el interés porque no le entienden
