Sent to son as he gets effected by the air in the south and the cedar that starts in winter months. This helps him not cough and his throat not hurt from the air. Helps him while he is at work. Great price for the bag size. Cools a soar throat and works for a while and not need to take a lot. Use as directed on package and works great! Easy to use! He takes one and last few hours while on a 12 hr shift. Does the trick to stop a soar throat! Taste isn’t that bad either.

Seems more like a cough drop/throat lozenger, reminds me of the old sucrets in the tin container. Tastes great, like a slightly medicated life saver.

I love these lozenges! It numbs your throat to relieve the pain for a decent amount of time, not too strong, and the taste is good. Good amount of lozenges for the price.

After I wrote a glowing review the price increased 20%, so I lowered the number of stars from 5 to 4. There are the best effective cough drops I have found because they are sugar free so preserve my teeth, and have real cough medicine Dextromethorphan HBr. They are mixed berry flavored and taste a little medicated so I also got sugar free Ludens Cherry cough drops (they're only pectin). Musinex for real cough relief claims 4hrs I'm not seeing that, and Ludens something delicious to sooth the throat. Most soft syrups have the same incredient Dextromethorphan HBr that's an alternative cough syrup and menthol or pectin cough drops. The original Ricola to me is the most delicious cough drop its no sugar free though,

If you're looking for something that tastes okay, buy something else. These are horrid, but they definitely do the trick. They help immensely with my post-nasal drip.

I use these often because my throat gets thick and needs clearing often. Especially at night before sleep time. Love the taste. Does dissolve slowly, try not to chew. Easy to carry in pocket, purse or side table. Effective and easy to open.
