These fiber gummies tastes so good, it's hard not to eat more! Can't live w/o these poop candies! My nutritionist was pleased with the ingredients. One can take all the magnesium citrate or other motility supplements but if don't have the bulk behind it, things do move so well. I'm a three-a-day dosage. Also bought bottle for my mom who had been feeling nauseous (with other problems) and things turned around soon after. She's a fan now too!

these fiber gummies are best of various brands i have tried. after a colonoscopy my dr recommended some so tried different brands and theses have worked best for me.
