Excellent product
The media could not be loaded. This is a great walking pad. I bought it for use when it's too hot or too cold to walk outside and it's definitely been a life saver. It's easy to store, it slides right under my bed, and it's easy to get in and out. The remote is slim and fits in the pocket of my shorts. The highest speed is a 5 which is enough for a jog for me: I'm 5 ft tall, about 136 lbs. It has held up very well over the last year, with no issues whatsoever. It's very quiet and I can walk and watch TV or work if I choose to without interruption. The price point was exactly what I was looking for. It's very affordable. An excellent option for anyone!

Absolutely love this product
I wanted to get a treadmill to use both in my garage and under my desk and this is really great for both. It’s pretty lightweight and I like how it’s portable because of the wheels on one side that you can just push vertically to the place you want easily. It’s also a good size, not too big or bulky. Been using it for about a month now and the treadmill runs really smoothly, I usually do 30 min walks and it follows through well. The remote is easy to use, I was able to adjust the speed and pause the device when I wanted a break. Love how the motor is very quiet so it’s not distracting. It’s also a more affordable option compared to others I’ve looked into so it’s a great value treadmill!Overall I would definitely recommended this, it’s easy to operate and gets the job done with no issues.

Works, but inaccurate and louder than expected
The desk treadmill pairs fantastically with a standing desk. It's easy to set up and use, but with a few flaws.First, the calorie reading is way off. The average person burns roughly 300 calories per hour - obviously weight, gender, and pace are factors, but this is a generally accepted estimated average. However, the readout says I burn 450 per hour. I've tracked my weight and gym time long enough to know this is way overinflated, probably to give customers a self esteem boost. A 50% error is simply egregious.Second, it's louder than I thought. With noise cancelling earbuds, it's fine to watch a show or something, but it makes me genuinely concerned for my downstairs neighbor. I wish it came with some extra padding on the feet of the treadmill, but I guess that's something I can do myself. I highly recommend using shoes on it for both comfort and noise reduction.Overall, pretty good for the price. It's definitely a cheaper quality than a gym treadmill, but it's a great deal for what I paid.

Love it.
I really like this product. I am 6 foot tall for reference. It’s not a huge treadmill, but it’s not supposed to be as I have it in my office at work. I usually put it on a 3.0 and it works just fine. When I put it up any higher than that, it seems to be a little loud for office use.

Does what it needs to
This walking pad is perfect for my small apartment and it’s really convenient to fit a walk into my busy schedule since I don’t have to worry about WHERE I’m going to take a walk. It’s a huge time saver vs driving to a park somewhere. I got this for the winter months since I have eczema that does not do well in cold weather but I do love walking to keep active. This walking pad is a lot more quiet than a regular treadmill, but it still does make noise since it IS a machine. It has a button to change modes that you can set goals for time, distance or calories burned which makes it easier to keep track of how much you’ve gotten done. I have seen people complain about using the stop button and it resetting everything from scratch, but if you use one of the modes it pauses it and you can resume easy. There’s also a button on the remote to turn off the beeping noise which I really like. I will say for me, this walking pad is the perfect size since I’m 5’1 and have a shorter stride, but if you are taller and have longer legs it might be difficult at first to learn how to keep a pace as to not fall off the end of the track. It’s also pretty easy to move with the wheels at the front, I move it from underneath my bed to my living room every time I use it and have 0 complaints. Overall I think for the price you can’t beat it. I love using it while I watch TV.

UPDATED REVIEW***PLEASE READ***IS
UPDATED REVIEW, PLEASE READ**This company made it right, wow. Customer support reached out and offered to send me replacement parts and a tutorial on how to replace the mechanism to see if that worked. When it didn't work, they sent me 25 dollars in addition to my refund, to cover the fee to dump the faulty treadmill and box. AND THEN THEY SENT ME A NEW ONE! It works like a dream, and I am so impressed with this level of customer service. I absolutely DO recommend this treadmill and company. It's cheaper than all the alternatives and they will make it right!!! It's rare to see a company like this nowadays.Absolutely disappointing. I researched for hours, read so many reviews, and decided on this treadmill. It arrived 2 days later than they said it did (I got a delivery notice saying it had been delivered, when it hadn't. It didn't show up for 2 more days) and then when I hauled it to the office, got it out of the box, and plugged it in, it doesn't work. It wont turn on at all. I tried switching outlets, flipping the switch on and off, reading the whole manual, everything before reaching out to try and get it rectified. The customer service I've received since then is lackluster at best. I am so frustrated, was so ready to love this treadmill, and really wanted to give a good review. Almost all of the reviews I write are 5 star reviews, but this experience has been so bad, I am unable to give anything but 1 star. I now have to pay the landfill to take the treadmill that never worked. Buyer beware.

Awesome machine & great customer service
I use this treadmill almost everyday, and it still works great after a few months of use. Its quiet enough that I can use it while my toddler naps (at a pretty fast walking pace). The 2 wheels at the front of the machine make it easy to move when needed. There is a very small learning curve while using a treadmill with no handle, it can sometimes shift under your steps every so slightly if you aren't centred well enough, but it rarely happens to me anymore once i learnt where to step...My only (slight) issue with the treadmill, is this specific one has no extra buttons on the machine to change modes/start. It is all done with the remote, which would render the treadmill completely useless if it got lost/damaged. So that's a little bit of a bummer...However, when I first received this treadmill, my remote would not work...BUT after an extremely quick & friendly response from their customer service I did get a new remote sent to me that works perfectly.(within a week it was delivered to me)TLDR- Great price, great treadmill, fantastic customer service, secure the remote to the treadmill with Velcro-tape so you don't lose it :)

Sturdy and lightweight, but loud.
I bought this so I could get my steps in while being productive and not spending all day in my chair. A caveat that I have only used this 3 days in a row for about 40-60 min each day. So, I will update my review if it starts acting up (or remains good!).Positives:I really like that it is compact and light. It is very easy to store out of the way and maneuver into place when needed. The remote control is nice and I like how it displays your time, steps, and estimated calories burned. I like that it slowly decreases speed when you stop it. It makes it nice that there are very few barriers to me using it - which will encourage use! I have two floor tiles that go together like a puzzle. I put them down below the treadmill to protect it from the carpet and it has worked great. I really don't feel like I need handles - very easy to walk and I don't feel unbalanced.(For those interested I paired it with the IKEA TROTTEN sit/stand desk and it has been a great combination. It was inexpensive and goes up and down with a crank. All in all about a $700 investment for both pad and desk).A couple small complaints: I wish there was a pause button (if there is, I haven't found it). Sometimes I need to hop off to grab something and all I can do is hit "stop" which erases all my tracking data. It also smells heavily of plastic - not burning plastic, but strong plastic. This might just be "new treadmill" smell so I am hoping it will go away but it would be concerning and annoying if it doesn't. I am short (5'1") with a small walking footprint, but I still sometimes get too far back. It is very narrow on the sides and not very long. Make sure you keep in mind the measurements of the walking area before ordering because I think this might be problematic for taller people.Biggest complaint is that it is very loud. If I have over-ear headphones on then I can't hear it at all, but I can't use it without them because it's so obnoxious. It would make it hard to use while on Zoom calls or if someone else is in the room or you aren't wearing headphones. This is the reason I docked one star, but... you get what you pay for!

Decent but not amazing
Small treadmill, got it on sale at a good price around $315 so I think you get what you pay for. I’m a small woman about 5”2’ and about 175lbs. I couldn’t imagine a much taller person using this comfortably but it’s easy to maneuver, slim design, pretty quiet. I seem to have issues with the belt performance and frequent error codes. The treadmill will stop with E03 flashing in the screen but the instruction manual doesn’t come with any error code descriptions so I’m at a loss what the issue is. I also notice as you’re walking, the belt will slow down when all your weight is on one foot between your strides, so it takes getting used to adjusting your walking so you don’t get unbalanced when your weight it all on one foot. I bought extra belt lube and liberally applied it, thinking it was just the friction, but it still slows when all your weight is on one foot. I’m below the listed weight limit by quite a bit but I can imagine it’s maybe that? All in all it’s decent but I don’t think I’d buy again.Edit: Seller sent me a new one and this one works a little better, no error codes less of the slowing when I step. Definitely need to use lots of lube. Very responsive - edited to four stars

Great addition to my home office!
Working from home means it's tough to get my steps in. I've seen the folding WalkingPads, which is a premium brand that's a bit pricier than what I wanted to pay. Yet I didn't want a cheapie unit either. After researching and reading reviews, I settled on this mid-priced TODO treadmill. The unit is as advertised: well made and sturdy construction. Quite light (around 40 lb) and easy to maneuver beneath my desk when I want to use it, and easy to roll it out of the way when I don't need it (there's wheels on one end). It's low profile enough to easily store beneath a bed or sofa. The unit is operated entirely from a remote control (except for a master physical power switch). I'm always kind of leery of devices with no other controls, but that seems to be the direction of electronics. You can start/stop, change the speed with the remove. The remote has a handy wrist strap. There is a large LED display on the unit that rotates through the various settings during use. When operating, the unit is quite quiet. The motor emits a high pitch whine that's not obtrusive. But I do find that the running surface makes a louder "scratching" sound than the WalkingPad, even after I lubricated it. At times it sounds like sandpaper against a surface. My biggest beef is that you cannot pause your workout without losing all the statistics accumulated during that session! When you press stop, everything clears. I asked the vendor and they seemed to acknowledge that this was a design error. I would deduct at least half a star off my rating due to this.I am 5' 9" and the treadmill is comfortable for a brisk walk, at around 3.0 to 3.5 kph. I haven't tried running on it. I think it's possible but you'll have to be careful. I read somewhere that this is suitable for people up to 5' 8". So if you're tall, walking is the only thing you can do, as running will be too risky.Overall, I would recommend this unit. It is well designed, fairly priced, and thoughtfully packaged: it comes with a small bottle of lubricant and even a spare battery for the remote! (who gives you an extra battery nowadays?) Emails to the vendor were answered very promptly. Note that there is a one year warranty, with full exchange within 30 days. After that, all the vendor will say is that they'll do whatever it takes to resolve any issues that occur that that period.
